Dear Members,

Regarding commission based deals, the association will verify the role of dealers and customers involved in the deal and in case of any dispute, the dispute will be discussed with core committee and association members and decision will be taken accordingly.

When a dealer sells or purchases a vehicle, they must collect identity proof from the party. This includes a photocopy of any of the following:

Photo ID (Aadhar, Ration Card, Driving License, or Passport)
Credit card proof or a recent bank account statement
This is mandatory for all transactions.

Additionally, all dealers must ensure that the sold vehicle is transferred to the buyer’s name.

Whenever possible, dealers should strive to make payments at the party’s residence after proper verification.

If a dealer introduces a party to another dealer’s vehicle, and the party purchases the vehicle directly, or if a dealer brings a party to another dealer’s office/shop and the transaction happens between them, the dealer who facilitated the introduction will still be entitled to commission from the selling dealer.

A member who does not comply with the association’s decisions may face total boycott or expulsion.

Elections for the association will be held every five years.

The association will appoint a legal advocate at its own expense.

Lastly, all committee members should make every effort to reach and support any member facing difficulties without delay.
