Transfer Ownership

For a standard ownership transfer, applicants must submit Form No. 29 and 30 (in duplicate) along with the prescribed fee. The following documents are required:

Attested Address Proof (any one of the following, attested by a Gazetted Officer or Notary):

1. Election Card
2. Ration Card
3. Income Tax PAN Card
4. Telephone Bill
5. Electricity Bill
6. Driving License
7. LIC Policy
8. Vehicle Insurance (certified copy in the purchaser’s name)
9. Original Registration Certificate
10. H.P. Termination (Form 35 in duplicate) (if applicable)
11. Letter of H.P. Cancellation from the Financier (if the vehicle was under a Hire Purchase agreement)
12. Pollution Certificate (certified photocopy)

All required documents must be submitted to the dealing clerk for approval.
